Oh, Boy...
Zack's joy was almost infectious when he started jumping up and down; Raen couldn't help but smile a little. And then Zack mentioned his way of repayment would be a date with Lanying. At that point, Raen really wanted to pull Zack aside and have a few words with him about hitting on every woman that came across his path, but when Lanying admitted to not knowing what a date was, he just kind of gave up. He'd let those two work it out on their own.
"I'll be getting the ship ready," Raen said as he turned around. He couldn't deny it wouldn't be an interesting journey with Zack being added to the crew, but "interesting" didn't always coincide with "pleasant." "Whatever," he thought, "As long as he doesn't get himself into trouble."
