Caroline: 3 Ain: 0 -- Almost instantly, she was happy again. She smiled and said " Tell you what... tomorrow I'll clean that awful room up so good you won't even be able to tell! And then I'll sleep in there. Deal?" She really didn't want to make herself a burden and have to stay in his room the entire trip. Of course, she would have to deal with the spiders but surely there was a broom around here somewhere. During the day time it shouldn't be as scary. She was sure once the floor was swept and mopped, and the linens cleaned and the spiders squished dead it wouldn't be as bad. Maybe she was just trying to convince herself of that. She couldn't wait to be home in her own room. She skipped out of the bathroom, a lot more cheerful than she had been only thirty seconds before. Once she started crying, she almost always got what she wanted. Of course, she would probably soon find out that not everyone reacted this well to her whining. She needed a reality check. " I really don't understand how you think that room is livable," she said. " It must be a man thing."

Classical music soothes the heart and soul.Four seasons(Spring)---------------------------------------------- "It doesn't make a difference to me, where I sleep doesn't matter." he stated as he started walking out of the bathroom and into the common area once more. "It's not a man thing, when your poor and living on the streets you can get used to just about anything." Ain stroked his fingers through his long bangs, and parted his hair to the side. Slowly and steadily he walked past Caroline, his eyes focused on the other end of the hall and seemingly he could not see her. His room was there, a large white door was the only divide to keep out the people that entered, normally only the captain seen the inside. Opening the door the atmosphere quickly shifted to a much higher class as classical music played in the background from a unknown player, it was calm and relaxing. Such was the high class state of the room they were about to enter. "This is my room, please don't go rooting around. I have much too many secrets hidden within." he said as he looked at her with the most serious face. "Actually that was a joke, just relax." Stepping in quietly, the room was a great deal different then the other rooms. Flowing outwards it was easily the biggest room with a large white wood floor big enough to be a dance floor, to the left was a high class king-sized bed with drapes blocking view of the inside, straight ahead was a dresser and a small dusty mirror on top and a compass that didn't work. On the the right side was a sword rack with a few practice swords made out of bamboo and a book rack with many books on dance and swordplay. It was a white room like the outside of the ship and combined with the music gave a very pleasant feeling to some people or was annoying to others. Stepping into the center of the floor he turned to see Caroline again and waited. "Come in and get relaxed." he said quietly as he stood there like a rock.

Where is that music coming from...? -- The first thing Caroline thought walking into the room was Vivaldi? A little overdone, but still...Her second thought was on how much this room reminded her of home. She sighed, but it wasn't a sad sigh. She was just happy there was a place she could be comfortable until she got home, and she was grateful Ain was willing to share with her. It was going to be hard to leave this room behind, but she would do it. It was the proper thing to do. She would enjoy it while she could, though, couldn't she? She joined him in the middle of the room, still looking around and still taking everything in. " Thank you very much. Don't worry, I'll mind my own business," she assured him. She was curious but never really one to snoop. She noticed the swords on the wall and the dust on the mirror and the books on the shelves. How interesting. This room did look very similar to hers at home, though hers had a lot more pink. And lace. And frills. She clasped her hands in front of her. " Well... I guess we oughta say goodnight. Please don't get bit by any spiders, okay? I can't patch up spider bites..."

Reflections, nothing more. Nothing less. "Do you really think that I have anything to worry about aside from Heartless?" he stated as he stood there, and tapped his heel on the wooden floor. He looked like he was going to say something but instead turned away just as the classical music stopped and it was now silent. Ain turned to the dresser his narrow eyes locked on the dusty old hand-mirror there, before almost storming out of the room. He stopped at the doorway and glanced back at Caroline. "Goodnight." he simple added before walking out and closing the door behind him. His thoughts raced for a while after he left the room, things he did not want to think about ever again, things he had forgotten for a long time. Taking a deep breath he walked into the bathroom to go to the sink, turning on the water he splashed his face as he looked in the mirror at his dead like face and closed his eyes. Sometimes he would have these panic attacks, or really he didn't know what they were it was just hard to breath. His breathing got harder and heavier, his eyes still closed he did his best to calm down to no avail. "Am I or not, I don't know for sure." he stated as his breathing started to slow, but his heart still beated hard for a long time there after. ---- Some time later after what he had started calling, 'The Attack', he went into the shower. The hot water poured down on him as he washed up and the sin of killing another person washing away with the water. More time passed and soon he found himself in the guest room on the dirty bed, he felt more at home here then he did in his own room but he knew with certainty that he had to move on. He had to forget, forget the child he was, forget the mother he had, forget the storm, forget the man he wanted to be. His eyes shut and soon Ain fell into a deep sleep. His plan to wake up early at 6 am was not likely at this point....
