When Raen makes contact with a living organism, instead of absorbing their energy and warming himself up, he in fact siphons off the chill within them and warms the target up. When he does this, the added coldness doubles the strength of his next skill.
Range: Melee range
Speed: Three seconds to completely charge
Cooldown: Four posts
Uses: Three times per thread
Strength: Weak
