It was only a matter of time. The silver haired youth smirked as he stood high above everyone and everything else. It wasn't as if any other terminology applied to what he was doing, and because of who he was, he was by far the most capable of doing it. He was simply waiting. Of course there was a certain target in mind, but the silver haired youth had chosen this spot for one specific reason.
It was about as far away from everything as you could get. While it meant that his target wouldn't be showing up for a bit longer, it definitely meant that the little event that would take place once he showed up wouldn't be interrupted easily. If anything it bought this young one the time he needed to do what he'd been waiting for, and then get away. Now what was he planning on doing? That was a good question, one with which there was a simple answer. He was waiting for a certain someone to show up, and when that person did, the silver haired youth would be attacking him within a matter of moments.
"After all, he's our ticket to being our own selves isn't he brothers?" the young man said, speaking to himself. The question was of course rhetorical, as he already knew the answer. His target walked into view, and the silver haired youth's smirk faded, leaving a cold, ruthless look in it's wake.
"There you are brother." He jumped down, and pulled his weapons of choice as he fell. Velvet Nightmare, he dubbed them. Once they were ready he fired four shots, and landed. His smirk returned, and as he stood up right, he looked his 'brother' in the eyes.
"Let's test you." He readied his weapons, and fired off a few more shots. His opponent reflected them all, and then charged at the silver haired youth. When his target swung at him, the silver haired youth jumped, and landed on the blade, firing of another shot. And this one hit. His target let go of his weapon with one arm, and the blade dropped. But this marksman was not one to go down with it, for by the time it had begun to fall, he was airborne once more. He landed several feet away, and laughed softly.
"Hmhmhmhmhm." His target had only received a minor wound, for Yazoo, as the silver haired youth was called, had only shot his target in the arm. He looked at his target, and asked a simple question.
"Are you ready for us Cloud? Our brothers will be most unhappy if you aren't." And that was not something Yazoo wished to happen, as the muscle of the group tended to bark when impatient, and the other, well... He was much more dangerous to those around him when he was forced to wait. Cloud charged once more, and Yazoo simply sidestepped the oncoming attack, firing two more shots, both of which only grazed Cloud's sides.
It was at that moment however that this little fight took an unseen turn, and the tides moved in favor of the blonde haired warrior. One of his allies had shown up, and attacked Yazoo from behind, catching the silver haired youth off guard. He had managed to avoid taking damage from the attack by spinning and parrying the attacks with the blades on his guns, but he was quickly knocked back quite some distance when Cloud hit him from the side, in a rather rude and uncalled for way. This marksman preferred one on one fights, and if there was to be anyone with an ally, it was to be him. But with both of his loving brothers elsewhere, Yazoo was on his own. He scowled, and moved his lips only slightly. Only a few words escaped from them, and they were almost inaudible.
"You should not interfere." His head quickly snapped to the side, as he had heard the sounds of footsteps coming toward them. Seeing more of Cloud's allies, his scowl became even more apparent. He turned his head back toward the two that were currently before him and left them with some words of warning.
"This isn't over. We will succeed in our mission." He quickly jumped into the air, and landed on a nearby ledge. He then jumped to another, and then another, until his enemies were no longer in sight.
"How I hate parties." He said to himself, his tone of voice showing just how unpleased he was. But if anything good came out of it, it was the fact that Yazoo now had the knowledge that there was more than one way to fell their target. And the three silver haired brothers would use every method now at their disposal.
