Chaos Elemental: All elements and no elements. It acts as whatever element the one who is hit by a chaotic attack is weak against, excepting Light or Nothingness. If either of those are the weakness of the foe, then it acts as a random element that deals the most possible damage to said foe.

So tell me a little bit about yourself.

Physical Aspects: Ava looks like a normal guy...except for the skin which is dark, very dark, the color of ebony--it almost appears purplish on first glance. And the eyes that are an uncanny yellow. And the aura of darkness that lurks just outside of your vision, and you can almost see when you see him in your peripherals. But, besides that, he has short, white hair, a bit messy, but he doesn't care because he's a Heartless now. He's around five feet and ten inches tall, and weighs an undetermined amount, somewhere around one hundred eighty pounds. He's usually seen with a strange grin on his face, as if he finds something immensely amusing. There is also Heartless symbols present on both of the backs of his hands.


Persona:

• Façade: Ava appears outwardly to be very...chaotic. His actions seem random, if somewhat predictable, as if they have no prior thought behind them. He murders for fun, destroying all that is holy and sanctified being his favorite way to spend a weekend. But there's always those thrice-damned pesky heroes, getting in his way, and not letting him kill things! He makes allies quickly, but he can betray them with the drop of a hat if they give him the slightest reason. Of course, a reason to him might not be what we would consider a normal reason...
  
• Inner Mind: Ava's mind is split into three pieces. His primary mind, the child-mind which he normally stays in, the battle-mind, a mind he goes into when he starts killing, and the fear-mind, which he only goes into when he fears for his life...or the close approximation which he has. The child-mind is just as it it says on the can, a mind in which he seems innocent like a child, if a little too bloodthirsty and vicious. The battle-mind is cruel and destructive, wishing death upon everything that it does not consider an ally. The fear-mind is desperate, attempting anything that might keep it alive, and running from anything that wants to kill it, or killing it, either or. In the fear-mind, he is consumed by fear, and it becomes him.

Ava is attuned strongly to the element of chaos, and this ability reflects that alignment. The Chaos ever-present within him enables him to both be unpredictable as well as enables him to predict others. With this prediction comes the ability to use the abilities or other effects others are capable of using.

Now, does this make sense to you? No? Well, since when has Chaos ever made any sense! Never, that is when. And so, any ability or effect that does not use something that Chaos is able to fill in the blanks for and is not passive is subject to this ability. Of course, he throws in his own little madness. He can use the ability as many times as he wants to without any cooldown or limits on usage! Yes, yes, this may seem unfair, but, then again, since when has life been fair?

What’s your story?

Pain. That was the first memory that Avarice had in him. He knew pain, and great amounts of it. Then, there was nothing. But, after the nothing came the hunger...hunger for hearts. Ava was stronger than the hunger, though, and took control of his own body. Except, it was not just him that was strong, there was a new power within him. And it was random. It made him happy, kind of like taking a human's heart did, but in a different way. He resolved to take hearts, and to use this new power to show everyone exactly how powerful this random, this Chaos, was.

Avarice was not always known as such. Avarice Entropy was his name given him by the Chaos, but he was born Thorne Maverick, and was known as Ava by his friends. Of course, he was just a normal guy, maybe a bit mean, but a normal guy...until he became an experiment. He signed up for it because they promised him power, but that power came at a price...the price of his heart. And now he hungers for others' hearts. They infused his being with Chaos as they let the darkness they had fed into his heart consume it. And they made a monster which even they couldn't control. Who are they? You'll just have to ask around, now won't you?

It all comes down to this: make your choice.

The staff represents the power of the mystic; inner strength comes with this weapon as well as wonder and ruin.
