Well You're No Fun

Oh, so he wasn't going to put up a fight after all? Is that how it was going to be? Kadaj would have loved to tear this kid to shreds, but he wasn't even putting up a fight! It was no fun to destroy someone if they weren't even going to try and defend themselves. The silver-haired remnant stepped back, taking a good look at what would have been his next victim. This meant that his entertainment for this evening was now coming to a close, wasn't it? It was fun while it lasted though, he guessed.

"Not even going to try are you?" he taunted at the boy. He then grimaced slightly. "How pathetic. You shouldn't even be in this castle if you can't even fight back." He didn't drop his sword, instead just turning away from the boy and looking to where Ava and their other guest were. The Heartless seemed to have a hole in his chest now, sort of making Kadaj wonder; he had let her get a hit on him like that? Well, it didn't seem to be bothering Ava so much as amuse him, which was fine for Kadaj. It's not like he really cared anyway.

He didn't bother to say anything to miss Ice Queen, instead keeping his gaze on the Heartless as he wandered over to him. His swords were gone, meaning that he wasn't going to do anymore fighting in this castle right now either. That meant that the two of them would have to find something else to do. Everyone was asleep in the town though, not leaving them with anyone to terrorize. Though, Yazoo and Loz would probably be up and they loved to spar as well.

"Maybe you should meet my brothers," he said, his tone menacing. "I'm sure they'd be dying to meet you." He then gave one last glare to the woman, telling her without words the same thing that Ava did; get out of the castle now and go get better. After that, he kept walking toward the stairs, going to find his brothers.

Angry Retreat

Furiae said nothing and left as quietly as she had entered.

She hated them. Hated them with a fury matched only by her hatred of herself. She was too weak. Couldn't even kill a stupid Heartless. A Heartless! Damn it.

All pretense of calm had left her. She walked angrily into the caverns and the labyrinth of rock. Anyone in her way, human or Heartless, was torn apart in an instant.

She would become stronger. And she would destroy them.
