Let’s get the basics down first.
Name: Vexen Nicknames: The Chilly Academic Age: Unknown Gender: Male Race: Nobody Homeworld: Radiant Garden | The World that Never Was Alliance: Shadow
You’re just a puppet aren’t you? Played By: Matt Age: 16 Gender: Male Contact: PM Audition Link: Here Other:
So tell me a little bit about yourself.
Physical Aspects: One of the taller members of the Organization, Vexen stands at an a couple inches over six feet, and is rather thin. His long platinum blond hair falls past his shoulders, with two slightly shorter bangs that frame the sides of his face. He wears the standard Organization XIII black cloak, though it could be noted that his is larger on him than pf any of the other members. The sleeves partially cover his hands, and the bottom almost reaches the ground. His eyes are a bright shade of green.
Persona:
- Façade: Vexen occasionally enjoys being cryptic, through speaking in riddles and playing petty mind games on others. Ironically enough though, he strongly dislikes others doing such things, and usually likes things to be direct and to the point. He's extremely vain, always arrogantly talking down on almost everyone. With perhaps the only real exception being Xemnas. To the Organization, or more specifically: the Superior, he is clearly extremely loyal, even if mostly out of fear. He is also quite fond of using big words, something that one might think is related to his sense of self-superiority.
- Inner Mind: As the scientist he's always been, Vexen approaching things scientifically. Everything is an experiment to him, with life simply being one big one. It was this line of thought that ultimately led him into the experiments that cost him his heart, without real fear of the consequences. And without a heart, the mindset has only grown stronger. The one thing that annoys him above all others, is when those below him don't give him the respect he believes he deserves. Which, quite honestly, describes just about all of the newer members or the Organization. Which, quite obviously, has given him a feeling of disdain for all of the "neophytes". He is fully aware of his lack of heart, and does not purposely display emotions such as anger. He assumes that most likely it's just past habits.

Ice Needles Vexen brings from the ground a series of several large icicles, approximately 6 ft tall, and about a foot wide at their base. Freeze Focusing his power on the enemy, Vexen can instantly encasing his foe or foes in a huge block of solid ice. Slight damage is done upon freezing, but with a snap of his fingers, he can shatter the small glacier into an explosion of heavy ice damage. Unless he chooses to dismiss it, it will last until the his next post. The ability causes the ground within it to be frozen in a thick layer of smooth, slick ice. While Vexen can move on walk on it without difficulties, his opponents will find themselves slipping and falling all over the place. This will remain in effect for the following 4 posts.

What’s your story?
Vexen, or Even as he was then known, was once a resident of Radiant Gardens. In those days he served under Ansem the Wise, assisting the world's great leader in his studies. While they once followed different subjects, their research eventually became centered upon one thing: the human heart. Worried of the darkness that existed within it, Ansem decided to begin conducting experiments on the heart. Something which quickly caught the scientist's interest. The only one who's interest possibly greater than his was that of Xehanort. Ienzo, the youngest apprentice whom Even had been forced to watch over since the death of his parents, suggested to Ansem that he build a large laboratory. A request which was soon met, allowing the apprentices to further their efforts even further. And even once their master forbid them from continuing with the research, the curiosity of the apprentices was too great. They continued to push the envelope, until eventually it backfired. In the quest for knowledge of the heart, they were consumed by darkness, and lost their own hearts. This is where the story of Even ends, and where that of Vexen begins.
Xehanort, Braig, Dilan, Even, Aeleus, and Ienzo were no more. All that remained was Xemnas, Xigbar, Xaldin, Vexen, Lexaeus, and Zexion. Together they formed a group known as Organization XIII. Yearning to regain what they had lost, the group's main goal soon became reacquiring their hearts. And the plan to reach this end was Kingdom Hearts. As time went on, the Organization began to grow in numbers. Each new member more annoying than the last, in Vexen's opinion. Not long after Roxas, the thirteenth member, was recruited Vexen, along with several other members, were sent to the mysterious Castle Oblivion. Having become the Organization's somewhat official scientist, he was the leader of the Replica Program, and carried over his research into the new base. However what was supposed to just be a center of research, soon became a battlefield of treachery. Marluxia had been placed in charge of the castle by the Superior, despite his low rank, and he and Larxene were plotting a take-over. They intended to use Namine, a young nobody with the strange ability to manipulate memories, to take control of the Keyblade Master. And with him, overthrown Xemnas and take control of Organization XIII. Seeing that something must be done to prevent the traitor's plan, Vexen used his replica research to create the Riku Replica as a pawn, to counter that of Marluxia's. However, when the replica failed, he was ordered by Marluxia to confront Sora. While doing so, in another attempt to hinder the traitors, he forges a card from the other side of Sora's heart. Luring the Keyblade Master into the virtual Twilight Town, he begans to reveal the truth to him. But before he could finish, he was struck down and eliminated by Axel, on Marluxia's command.
More than a year later, Vexen found himself back in Castle Oblivion, uncertain of the events that lead to it's vacancy. Searching the building for clues, he came across some of the answers he desired, but many still remain unanswered. Content that he had found everything there was to be found, he left for The World That Never Was, where he would likely find the answers he was still looking for.
It all comes down to this: make your choice.
You are presented with three weapons: a sword, a staff, and a shield. The sword represents the power of the warrior; invincible courage comes with this weapon as well as horrible destruction. The staff represents the power of the mystic; inner strength comes with this weapon as well as wonder and ruin. The shield represents the power of the guardian; kindness to aid friends comes with this weapon as well as a shield that will repel all.
Which one will you choose?
Chosen Weapon: Staff
Offensive Magic Specialty This ability symbolizes the magical prowess of the Staff, increasing the strength of all Weak magical offensive abilities by 1.5x damage.
Range: N/A Speed: N/A Cooldown: N/A Uses: Passive Strength: Weak

"Nice to see you Vexen."
The only problems I can see with the profile lie in the abilities. You already told me about the ability you bought and whatnot, so that was fine. On your first ability, I'm thinking that a 150 foot radius is a bit too grand for a weak ability; if you put it in terms of diameter, Vexen would be able to create the spikes in a football field area. I'd also like a specific number of spikes that can be created; estimations like 'between 20-30' are perfectly fine.
On the second and third ability, I'm still thinking the range is a bit too far. For the second, I'd make it maybe ten or so feet less; you wouldn't have to make it go down too far since it's a moderate ability. On the third ability, it's a large area to cover and the winds a bit strong.
Yes, I'm nitpicky XP. If you take care of all of these, then Vexen will be all set to go.

The first ability still has a fair range for a weak ability. I also just wondered how a person would be able to dodge this attack. The second ability is just fine. The third ability's range is still the same as it was before, so... yeah. Other than that, yes.

I decreased the range by 50 ft and the speed by 10 mph. @_@
I could decrease it more if you want though.
