Let’s get the basics down first.

So tell me a little bit about yourself.
Physical Aspects: Xemnas has tanned skin, and amber-orange eyes, due to exposure to darkness long before becoming a Nobody. Black gloves cover his hands; boots of the same dark shade cover his feet. A black cloak, signature for Organization XIII, covers the rest of his body, though he wears dark clothing beneath so as not to, erm, reveal himself every time he dodges an attack or other such. His hair is long, silvery, and layered as well as somewhat messy. His voice is deep and dark, but also very monotonous.
Persona: - Façade: The leader of Organization XIII, Xemnas often hides his lack of emotions behind a deliberate façade, making sweeping gestures and exhibiting false anger and sorrow, neither of which are truly felt. Xemnas claims to have true understanding of the heart. This is a very false statement, however. He only believes to have such an understanding. The truth is that he believes anger, hate, and other such negative emotions are the only things that make up a heart. He, most of the time, doesn't even act like he has remorse for any of his actions.
- Inner Mind: Remorse is impossible to be felt by Xemnas, and he doesn't even try to fake it. Any single action that could possibly help him achieve his final goal will be done, regardless of its effects on others. The final goal being the culmination of all of the Organization's goals, twisted to suit his own purposes. The creation of Kingdom Hearts, and subsequently, the use of it to recreate the universe in his own image, an image of nothingness. Nothingness which the Nobody believes is the source of a power far greater than all others. He is also manipulative, having orchestrated the manipulation of Sora in the first place.

What’s your story?
Xemnas was once two separate beings, his Somebodies, but they, through some event, had their hearts placed in the same body, and merged for all intents and purposes. This resulted in Xehanort, who became an apprentice to Ansem the Wise, having abilities so remarkable as to be almost supernatural, remarked upon by Ansem himself. They, Ansem and his apprentices, eventually turned their research to hearts, and the darkness within. Originally, the research was to find a way to suppress the darkness within hearts. But, Xehanort had his own plan for things.
He abducted subjects from the town, doing horrible experiments on them. One of these sets of experiments led to the collapse of the heart of the subject. The subject was rendered inert, and unable to function any longer. He locked the subject up in the dungeon of the castle, and, when he later checked on it, it had become a creature of darkness. He named it a Heartless, from its apparent lack of a heart. He stole the name of his mentor, Ansem the Wise, and began writing reports under the assumed name. Xehanort noted that they seek out hearts, and, upon receiving them, create more of their kind, and deducted that that was their purpose.
He and the other apprentices had, at this time, begun to accept the darkness, which allowed them limited control over the Heartless. They, as a result, began to look less and less human, and, noticing this, Ansem called his apprentices together and ordered them to stop their research. Xehanort considered him a fool and continued anyways. Eventually, he took one of the Heartless aside to observe it. It led him to a door which had appeared, and, upon opening it, he observed that it was the door to the heart of the world due to the Heartless' reaction, and opening it had collapsed the boundaries between worlds.
This allowed for travel between worlds, and enabled a traveler to arrive on their world, a King by the name of Mickey. Xehanort met this King and had conversations with him, resulting in the former learning about the existence of Keyblades, as well as learning they had some connection to the seven Princesses of Heart. He heard legends of a wielder of the Keyblade who went on a journey to seal off the doors to the hearts of the worlds, which was not in his interests, so Xehanort sought out the weapon.
Eventually, Xehanort created a machine capable of generating artificial Heartless, marked with an emblem to mark them separate from the purebloods. He then, eventually, was approached by Ansem, who had found the detailed report Xehanort had written under his name. Xehanort banished him to the realm of Nothingness and ravaged the world, sending the Heartless out to create more of their kin. He then sent Kairi to the world of Destiny Islands, hoping she would find the keyblade master so he could prevent the keybearer from sealing the doors to other worlds.
It was then that he accumulated the sum of his knowledge, realized the goal of the Heartless, and began plans to use this goal to his own means. The goal of the Heartless was to consume enough hearts to create the heart of hearts, Kingdom Hearts. He planned to use this Kingdom Hearts to gain ultimate power, control, and knowledge, a goal which spread to his Nobody, Xemnas. The apprentices then gave themselves to the darkness, creating a Heartless, as well as a Nobody. These Nobodies formed the foundation of Organization, whose ranks began to swell, and their final goal was established: the return of their hearts by way of Kingdom Hearts.
The Organization was opposed by the keyblade wielder, Sora, and was, over the course of about a year, destroyed. Xemnas had obtained Kingdom Hearts, but he lost it due to Sora's meddling--as well as that of Riku, Mickey, Donald, and Goofy. He had had his power, but he had lost it from the keybearer's foolishness. He had faded into the darkness, but his strong connection to Kingdom Hearts enabled him to return in the end.
It all comes down to this: make your choice.
You are presented with three weapons: a sword, a staff, and a shield. The sword represents the power of the warrior; invincible courage comes with this weapon as well as horrible destruction. The staff represents the power of the mystic; inner strength comes with this weapon as well as wonder and ruin. The shield represents the power of the guardian; kindness to aid friends comes with this weapon as well as a shield that will repel all.
Which one will you choose?
Chosen Weapon: Sword
Guard Break The ability to slash through any defensive abilities of Weak strength, Guard Break symbolizes the destructive power of the Sword at its peak.
Range: Melee Speed: Normal swing speed Cooldown: 3 posts Uses: 2 Strength: Weak

A part of me says Interdiction is too strong for a moderate, but then another part of me says, "It's Xemnas, the Superior, the head of the Organization and one of the most powerful beings in the universe, merged with KH or not...and it's a fairly linear attack." Sooooo, I'll say:
Accepted, Locked, and Moved.
