So tell me a little bit about yourself.

Physical Aspects: Cloud has a rather slim build and isn't very tall, standing only at about 5'8. This not including his blond hair, that covers his head in spikes. Along with his hair, his bright blue eyes are one of the only bits of color on him. He wears a black, high-collared, zip-up, sleeveless shirt, that is crossed by two straps, with a black pauldron and a small silver wolf head on his left shoulder. His long baggy pants are black to, as are his gloves and boots. He also had a sleeve-like cloth that covers his left arm, and another from his waste that covers his left leg, both black.

Persona:

• Façade: Cloud might usually comes across to other people as a cold and uncaring person. Considering the manner that he walks around with a solemn expression all the time, rarely speaking more than a word or two. And when he does end up opening his mouth for whatever reason, he isn't one to act extremely warm or friendly. The only emotion that he really ever lets show is occasionally anger. It doesn't help how quick to violence he he can be with someone that he views as a threat, typically attacking first and asking questions later. Often times he seems a bit distracted by his own thoughts.
  
• Inner Mind: On the inside, Cloud isn't as stoic or emotionless as he might try to pretend. This facade is something he created to hide torment caused by the darkness inside of him, an the helplessness he tends to feel towards it. He does care about his friends, and it is for that reason that he tries to hide his problems from them, not wanting to worry them. He doesn't want others to get hurt because of him, causing him to attempt to distance himself from them. Despite the fact that he worries about being unable to protect those that he cares about, when push comes to shove he is steadfastly loyal and driven to do whatever he can do so. More than anything he wants to be able to rid his heart of the darkness within it, and thinks that if he can all his troubles will be solved.

What’s your story?

Cloud was born in Radiant Garden. Where he had been good friends with both Leon and Aerith. But when he was 13 years old, the world was consumed by the darkness. And unlike all of his friends, he hadn't made it to Traverse Town. Though not entirely sure what had become of his friends or his world, he was overcome with guilt that he had been unable to do anything to stop the heartless and protect the things he cared about. With no home and no friends or family, he became a wanderer, roaming with no real purpose. After a while he met and became friends with a girl named Tifa, who accompanied him in travels for a time. But as Sephiroth, a mysterious long silver haired man, began to torment Cloud, he left her, not wanting her to get caught up in his fight.

In his search for Sephiroth, Cloud came across Hades, who claimed he knows the whereabouts of his hated nemesis. The deal? He must eliminate a man named Hercules in some tournament that was being held in the Olympus Coliseum. Although he didn't particularly trust Hades, he warily agreed, wanting desperately to find and defeat Sephiroth. However in his way through the preliminaries, he came across a young boy with a strange weapon, Sora, who had also entered the Cup. He managed to defeat defeat him, but refused to kill the kid, insisting it wasn't part of the deal. Unhappy with this sudden turn of events, Hades summoned Cerberus, his giant three-headed dog to finish them both off. Cloud, who was caught off guard, is knocked unconscious by the huge beast. Ironically, Hercules was the one to come to the rescue, saving him. Sora, Donald, and Goofy then came in to finish off a weakened Cerberus as Cloud was carried off to safety. Before he left, he ran into Sora one more time, explained why he did what he did, and that he was searching for his light. He later ran into Cid, who took him back to Radiant Garden, now known as Hollow Bastion, reuniting him with everyone.

Over the next year, Cloud continued to reside in Hollow Bastion. Although he chooses mostly to keep to himself, still worried with defeating Sephiroth, and with him his darkness. He had still become a member of the Hollow Bastion Restoration Committee, and wasn't hesitant to help out when it came to the safety of the world. This he showed in the Battle of Hollow Bastion, when Maleficent had sent thousands of heartless to reclaim what she believed belonged to her. Alongside Leon, he fought back the heartless, assisting Sora as well. It was during this battle, that Sephiroth showed back up once again, taunting Cloud like he always did. But there battle was interrupted when Tifa showed up, Sephiroth disappearing and Cloud running away from her. Later, he was informed by Sora of his enemy's whereabouts, having asked in the past to let him know if he saw him. Going to the Dark Depths, he found the man he was looking for. They began fighting, Cloud growing angry as Sephiroth mocks him, telling him that he'll never be able to overcome the darkness. But Tifa comes to the rescue again. Not wanting her to get hurt, Cloud demanded she stays back, but she refused. Insisting that all he needs is someone to surround him with light, she offered her's to him. He began to glow with light, and both swordsmen leapt towards each other, disappearing to finish their fight elsewhere...

The battle still raging on, Sephiroth continued to laugh at Cloud's attempts. However his words no longer had the same effect. Thinking of friends, what Tifa had just told him, and the promise he had made to Aerith, he was determined to win. And he did, although Sephiroth's final words question the finality of the victory. Regardless, Cloud decided it was time to return to his friends, and set back off for Radiant Garden.

It all comes down to this: make your choice.

The staff represents the power of the mystic; inner strength comes with this weapon as well as wonder and ruin. The shield represents the power of the guardian; kindness to aid friends comes with this weapon as well as a shield that will repel all.

Besides the ability problem we were having earlier, there is only one other issue. I feel that the history is a little vague towards the end. It doesn't explain how Cloud came back, which makes it a little hard to understand him interacting with the others while you're roleplaying. Does that make any sense at all?

Well I was waiting until I had more to add to it.

But whatever, I added pretty much much happened in the audition.

ACK. DO NOT WANT.

This ability is MUCH too powerful. We are talking about a nigh-unstoppable attack for a Strong level...that's too much. I'm sorry, but this cannot be accepted in its current state. Slow it down, make it not unbeatable.

Also, as for the history, it looks all right to me, just try not to switch between past and present tense like you did a few times...

I see what you're saying. Of course, when you think Omnislash you do think nigh-unstoppable. xD So I'm having trouble thinking of the attack in specific speed, but I tried to fix it.

Hmm. That's weird. I went back and made it all past tense.

I've got a couple of issues with the ability myself:

1. How can it possibly be dodged? When we fought Cloud in KH1 and KH2, he used Omni-Slash but we were able to dodge it in one way, shape or form.

I think everything else is okay. Two hundred feet does seem like a rather large range to be using this ability from, though that's just me. Sixty miles an hour also seems rather fast to me, but I think I'll let it slide since I don't see you using this ability a lot except in more dire situations.
