Since I know you're excellent with abilities Anonymous, I'm more than willing to cough up 15 Munny for some recommendations on how to upgrade these three abilities right here.
[Catastrophe] Zexion knows that by confusing his enemy, he will gain an advantage. Therefore, he creates two clones that surround his opponent within a twenty foot radius. Together, they create a sphere of light. Zexion, the real one, attacks the sphere and releases the energy. This will damage the opponent wherever they are within a one hundred twenty-five foot area. If one manages to destroy one or more of the clones before the energy is released, the ability will lose some of its power.
Range: 25 foot radius for clones, 125 foot area for energy release Speed: N/A Cooldown: 3 posts Uses: 4 times per thread Strength: Moderate
[Mimic] This ability allows Zexion to recreate an ability of his opponents that are up to moderate in strength. He cannot mimic passive abilities and the abilities he does mimic will be 75% of what the ability originally is; for example, if an ability he mimicked sent down ten spikes with a speed of fifty miles per hour and a one hundred foot radius for range, the mimic would come out to be about seven spikes with a speed of about thirty seven miles per hour and a seventy-five foot radius for range. He can only mimic abilities that have been done in combat, not ones yet to be done.
Range: N/A Speed: N/A Cooldown: 4 posts Uses: 5 times per thread Strength: Moderate
[Cyclone] In the middle of a battlefield, Zexion creates a whirlwind that draws his opponent in and whips them around. The whirlwind itself is about five feet in diameter and it has the ability to draw in enemies that are up to twenty feet away from it.
Range: 20 feet Speed: 50 miles per hour for the whirlwind Cooldown: 5 posts Uses: 3 times per thread Strength: Moderate
I mainly want to know how I could upgrade and what I could do with them. I have a couple of ideas already, but I wanted to see if you had anything else in mind. Thank you in advance! [/size]

Hmmmm...
Well, let's examine the possibilities for Catastrophe first.
Obviously, you could upgrade the range, although that range is good enough already...
Power would obviously increase...
Another potential upgrade is increasing the number of clones, and adding an additional thing: The 'power lost' when clones are destroyed? Could be released in a small, close range explosion from the clones.
And, of course, foregoing that idea, you could create more clones and simply have more required to be destroyed before you lose any power.
Yet another thing you could do is have the energy released temporarily blind someone.
And lastly, you could have an alternate form of it where, instead of releasing a single burst of energy, you could have the clones and Zexion fire small amounts of it in spheres at the surrounded opponent.
Hmm, Mimic... well, the obvious one is to allow mimicking up to Strong abilities.
Ignoring that, however, allows you to do other things.
For example, at a Strong level Mimic, you might be able to mimic all of it except, say, the cooldown, therefore getting a more powerful version in exchange for that 75% markdown and the inability to mimic Strong.
It's also possible to allow him to mimic more than one ability at a time, though I think that would be possible even with mimicking Strong abilities.
Or, ignoring all of these, you MIGHT be able to add in a nullification at the start of the ability; nullify an ability and then release your copy of it, though I'd add in the stipulation that for each nullification you get one use of that ability.
Now for Cyclone.
Again, the obvious upgrade is for range and speed.
The less obvious upgrades... hmm. Well, you could tear up bits and pieces of the landscape to pummel them while they're in the whirlwind.
You could also use it to temporarily 'daze' them, rendering them unable to move the next post.
Another possibility is 'sustaining' the whirlwind, keeping them inside of it for multiple posts and unable to interfere in a battle, also allowing for combos.
Another thing I can see is possibly the attack ending with any characters caught in the whirlwind being sucked inside the Book of Retribution, and then 'fired out' like a cannon at either a hard object or perhaps someone that didn't get caught.
Please remember to post in Character Reviews. ^_^
