So tell me a little bit about yourself.

Physical Aspects:Cheza is 5'2''. She has long, light brown hair -it goes down to about her hips- that she keeps up in pigtails most of the time and she has swoopy bangs that go over her right eye. Her eyes are ice blue. She wears black capris that have a piece fabric that makes a cross in the back right behind the legs and a dark purple t-shirt with a large white key on the front. She is always wearing her purple extra high top sneakers.



Persona:

• Façade: Cheza is very shy. She tends to seem either rude or lost in her own world when people first meet her. Once she gets to know someone, though, she is pretty easy to get along with. She is a very caring person so she cares very deeply about all those that are close to her. If someone were to hurt a friend of hers she would be there to protect them in an instant. She usually can be found reading when there is not much going on. At the orphanage and while she was in school reading was her escape from the harsh words of the other kids that did not understand her.
  
  
  
• Inner Mind:Inside Cheza's mind is a place of great turmoil. She is constantly worried about what others think and whether or not people will like her. She is very much a people pleaser and she always wants to be on everyone's good side. Her childhood was filled with lots of abuse so she doesn't really trust people too much. She doesn't have too many friends because she would rather just be on her own then stabbed in the back by someone she trusted. Cheza tries to seem fierce but she doesn't always feel like she is. Sometimes she wonders if she really has the strength to fight off the darkness around her while trying to figure out what is better in the world- light or darkness.

Eternal Quasar is an all black gunblade with a purple grip. The blade is 4 feet in length. Cheza keeps it slung over her back. Because the blade is so long Cheza wields it with two hands since she doesn't have a lot of arm strength. For this reason the grip is extended a little longer than normal.

Sonic Rush is an ability that doubles Cheza's running speed. Cheza uses this ability to get in a quick hit on her opponent. While using this ability Cheza isn't able to defend herself so she is vulnerable.

[Falling Star]
Falling Star is a downward slash maneuver. Cheza jumps in the air and while in the air pulls the trigger sending energy through her gunblade. With a downward slash, she brings the gunblade down on her enemy.

Speed: The time between the jump and the point where the blade makes contact is 10 seconds.
Cooldown: 4 posts

[Radiant Shield
Radiant Shield is a defense shield. Cheza stabs her gunblade into the ground and a purple-tinted sphere goes up around her. The shield protects her from weak physical and magical attacks.

Range: The shield is about 6 feet in diameter.
Speed: It takes about 5 seconds for the shield to generate and lasts for one post.
Cooldown: 2 posts
Uses: 3 times per battle.

What’s your story?

Cheza grew up in Radiant Gardens to a middle class family. She was an only child and didn't really mind being alone too much. Her parents worked all day so she stayed at a local daycare. Her dad would always drop her off and pick her up from daycare since her Mom worked at the local textile mill and worked third shift. Her dad would fix her supper and bathe her and get her tucked in. Every night he would spend a few hours drinking whiskey and watching TV. Some nights Cheza's dad would just fall asleep on the couch and would get eventually just move to the master bedroom later in the night. Most nights, however were not as peaceful. Usually late in the night or early morning, he would go into Cheza's room and shake her awake. Cheza would always moan a little and her dad would always giver a quick slap on the face and tell her to be quiet. Cheza was young and scared and just did what her dad told her to do. Sometimes he would just hit her over and over again telling her that it was all her fault that he wasn't happy with his life and that he and her mom didn't get to spend as much time together anymore. As she got older Cheza's dad would start to touch her in places that she knew were not meant to be touched. She said something to him a few times but he always would hit her and so she eventually just let him do whatever he wanted.

One night while Cheza was being abused by her father, the phone rang. He cussed under his breathe as he left his daughter's side to answer the phone. As he was talking on the phone, Cheza could tell that something was wrong by the tone of his voice. He hung up the phone after a few moments and rushed back to her room and hit her so hard that her nose began to bleed. She started to cry, but he didn't seem to notice. He looked around the room and found a plastic baby doll on the floor and picked it up and began to hit Cheza over and over again with that. He kept telling her it was her fault. It was her fault that mommy was dead. It was her fault mommy tried to fly. After what seemed like an eternity Cheza's dad finally stopped beating her and went off to his bedroom, crying. Cheza didn't learn until the next morning that her Mom had jumped off the top of the textile mill building. She told her coworkers that she couldn't stand her life anymore and knew that killing herself was the only option for her. Her coworkers tried to stop her but she was determined and jumped. Cheza was only 6 and despite her young age she knew that in her mother's own way, she had left her daughter to fend for herself. Cheza cried for hours after she learned what her mother did, and her father only seemed to find more reasons to abuse her.

When Cheza was about 7 her dad began to go off during the nights after he would drink. She didn't mind too much because it meant that she would get a decent night's sleep. Then one night she was awakened by a knock on the door by one of her neighbors. The neighbor took her over to their house and they told her that her daddy had been in an accident and had died. Cheza didn't shed a single tear for her dad like she had for her mother. Cheza had no other family so she was sent to an orphanage. There she didn't talk to the other kids much. She usually just kept to herself. One day one of the teachers at the orphanage told her about the other worlds that she could discover in books. Cheza started to check out as many books as she could from the library and would read until lights out and would get up before all the other kids and read until it was time for breakfast. Cheza didn't really talk to the other kids much but she did notice a few of them and watch them sometimes when she wasn't totally in her world of books. There was a girl named Emi who seemed to be very interested in butterflies. Cheza sometimes noticed her intently watching them while they were outside playing. Cheza noticed that sometimes Emi would get into her own world while watching the butterflies. Cheza contemplated talking to Emi, but in the end was just too shy. There was also Hyou. Cheza didn't really know what to think of Hyou. He was about 3 years older than her and he seemed to have something strange happening to him. On top of that he was always angry it seemed so Cheza didn't think that he would make a good friend.

About a year after Cheza arrived at the orphanage, Radiant Gardens was taken over by the darkness. Somehow she ended up on a gummi ship and found herself in Twilight Town. Cheza was taken into state custody and attended school. She was a great student and she was always trying to make the top grades in her class. She had a sense that she had to be the best and she couldn't stand to get Bs on her report cards, she wanted all As. Cheza didn't really talk to her classmates, because when she wasn't doing schoolwork she was reading a book. She read mostly fantasies because they were full of interesting creatures.

Cheza found herself going from one foster home to the next, but she never let it affect her grades. Whenever she turned 16 she got her first job, and she only spent a little of the money she earned and put the rest in a savings account. Once she turned 18 she found her own place. It wasn't much, but it was nice to have an actual stable place. After she had her place and was on her own, Cheza decided to invest in a gunblade. She had to use both hands to wield it so she had to customize it so that the handle was longer. Once she had her weapon in hand she felt a little safer and less worried about being on her own.

After living on her own for about a year, Cheza decided she needed some answers. The suicide of her mother always seemed to be a mystery to her. Why had her mother committed suicide? Why did she leave her alone to her horrible father? Did her mom have any idea what her dad did to her? Cheza decided she had to know the answers so she sold the things that she didn't need and hitched a ride on a gummi ship back to Radiant Gardens which had now turned into Hallow Bastion. She didn't really know how she would find the answers she needed but she knew that she had to try. Cheza also considered going back to the orphanage to see what had become of it.

It all comes down to this: make your choice.
