Let’s get the basics down first.
Name: Gabriel Lockeon Nicknames: Gabe, Gabsters, Big Brother Gabe Age: 19 Gender: Male Race: Human Homeworld: Destiny Islands. Alliance: Light
You’re just a puppet aren’t you? Played By: Miko Age: 20 Gender: Female. Contact: PM Audition Link: N/A Other: N/A
So tell me a little bit about yourself.
Physical Aspects: Gabriel is older than he looks; in reality he looks like he is 15 or 16 when he is really 19, almost 20. He also may not seem this old because of the way he acts around others. Gabe has short yellow-blond hair that falls to below his ear and which sometimes falls into his face. He has light brown almost orange eyes. He is pretty slender and sort of lanky, weighing around a hundred and thirty five pounds. He stands about five feet, seven inches which is about average for his age. He doesn't like overlooking or towering over others so he figures this is a good height, given that he doesn't grow anymore. He also has more of a boyish figure and look as well as that he also looks sort of feminine.
His most worn and known outfit is a blue blazer with a white/gray hoodie underneath with matching blue pants. He can be seen wearing a yellow bandanna (which was his sisters) either around his neck or around his wrist. He carries a small messenger bag with him which he wears across his chest. He also wears an ear clip on his lower ear. His other clothes consist of shirts, hoodies, pants and vests, of which can be white, gray, black, blue and yellow.
Persona: - Façade: Gabe is a pretty carefree, calm, easy-going and friendly guy. He likes to have fun and manages to make fun out of any situtation. He seems pretty happy and at times can act pretty immature, though he is actually just trying to have fun. He can be lazy; though when the time comes for it he will take up his part of a given situation and bear the burden of it. He prefers to not bear things by himself though. He can be a bit lacking in his pursuits, though that is just his laziness taking over. He likes to pursue things but occasionally he would like to take a break or two and not have a burden upon his shoulders, if even for a little while. He is pretty cool-headed in pretty intense situations and just in general. He was always the cool kid at school; doing things by ear and other kids his age were often jealous, but that was just how they percieved him. He also won't back down from a fight, but if he knows that whoever he is fighting is lower than him then he will just brush them off as if they were nothing and evidently just walk away from the fight. It wasn't worth his time, nor does he want the other person to get too hurt, either physically or mentally. He tends to care alot about others but doesn't usually just put that out in front to begin with for he has gotten hurt in the past and doesn't like people using him because they know he may care alot about others. Once he knows someone he will be very protective and almost like a big-brother to them, protecting them from physical and mental harm. He doesn't like others being hurt and will sometimes protect others that he may not feel close to or not even know.
- Inner Mind: Deep down Gabe may not appear to be as cool as he lets on, or as others percieve him to be. He truly tries his hardest, given that he isn't lazy. He truly tries his hardest to make everyone happy, even if he cannot make himself happy. He essentially makes others happy because he knows that he cannot make himself happy, so he chooses to make others happy instead of himself. He has been hurt in the past, not by others but instead by himself and feels guilty almost every second of the day, thinking on what he could have done differently. He blames himself and has never really gotten over the fact that something had actually happened to someone he cared about, he let her die and knows it was his fault. He fears failing someone else so he doesn't like getting too close to others in fear that he may hurt them or something may happen to them. He essentially kind of thinks of himself as the bad guy, though he does try his hardest.

Items:
Inventory:
Stand up and fight.
Weapon(s):
Bō; is a Japanese long staff weapon used in Japanese martial arts, in particular bōjutsu. It is made of tapered hard wood. The bō is typically 3 cm (1.2 inch) thick, gradually tapering from the middle to 2 cm (0.8 inch)at both ends. This thickness allows the user to make a tight fist around it in order to block and counter an attack. A traditional bō is exactly 1.82 meters (5.96 feet) in length and wielded with both hands due to its weight and size.
What is unique about Gabe's bō is that it is collapsible.
ABILITIES SECTION:

The element will shape into almost a solid form, acting as a sharp weapon but with added element damage. He cannot re-shape the blade once he has a set shape and length, but cannot go beyond four feet long. However, he can change the location of the blade he shaped to either end of his staff. If he loses contact with his staff if even for a second then the staff will loose the element his infused into it. The most used elements and more solid form elements are ice and electricity.

What’s your story?
Gabriel Lockeon was born on the main island in Destiny Islands, a place surrounded by water and no other places visible for miles around. He never knew his parents for he was given up for adoption for his parents were far too young to take care of a young helpless newborn baby, but they had gone forth with the birth anyways. For the meantime, Gabriel was taken into foster care by a young couple who could not have children of their own. Mr. and Mrs. Holland. Mrs. Holland had fallen ill soon after her first child died inside of her and was getting slowly weaker over time. The estimation of her death, for her illness could not be cured, was unknown. One year, two years, it could not be determined. None the less her husband wanted her to be happy with the time she had to live so they adopted young Gabriel. It was good for a few years, Mrs. Holland was happy taking care of young Gabriel and treated him as her own son. But, Gabriel was too young to remember them but he is grateful for their love and the life they shared with him. Mrs. Holland soon passed away when Gabriel was four and soon after her husband fell apart and Gabe was sent to an orphanage.
He was sent to a foster home soon after but a year later he was given back to the orphanage, his foster parents thought he was too much of a trouble-maker. Thought young children usually were, they just didn't have the demeanor to take care of a toddler who needed special needs, as did most young. But, once again back at the orphanage he felt like an out-cast because no foster parents wanted him. He stayed to himself until one day a girl a little younger came up to him and offered him to play with her. He smiled at her and as she tripped he caught her. They were friends since then, Gabe acting as a big brother to the young girl, Meme. A little later the two developed friendships with other kids at the orphanage, which wasn't many. They became a pack almost and often went out into the streets by themselves, when permitted, which was very often. They found a sort of clubhouse to play and hang out at. Gabe always looking out for Meme and making sure the others didn't pick on her too much. Though the others were adopted and some new kids came into the orphanage, Gabe and Meme remained "brother and sister" and soon Gabe became too old to even be adopted. He looked out for Meme until she was adopted one day. It was a sad departure but Gabe wished her the best with her new found family and she be happy. He promised he would visit her, if her new parents permitted it.
Soon, Gabe took care of the other kids at the orphan he being the eldest. The orphan keeper didn't mind the help. But soon his duties became less as he was now sent to school. He needed some sort of education and staying at the orphanage wouldn't make him smarter, though he was already smart. Even though he had no prior education he was sent into the 6th grade and was actually one of the smartest kids there. He had street-smarts but had somehow developed some knowledge about education as well. What was unknown to others was that he had read to Meme every night after teaching himself how to read because one day Meme had come up to him and asked him to read her a bedtime story. When he did not know one, nor knew how to read, he began to teach himself. And continued to read everyday since then.
Graduating into the 7th grade, Gabe made a few friends but usually kept to himself. Everyday after school he would return to the orphanage, do whatever was needed, do his homework and then walk around town. He sent Meme letters but had yet to visit her. Meme sent letters back but soon those letters began to stop. He continued sending them and one day went to the address on one of the envelopes that the letters had been sent in. He knocked twice and waited. A lady came to the door. He heard young Meme's voice from a room asking her mother who it was. She said it was some teenage guy. Gabe smiled at the lady, Meme's new mother. "Uh, sorry for the unannounced arrival..I just wanted to stop by to see that Meme was adjusting to her new home," he began. He had seen that Meme was adjusting fine here. He wanted her to be happy, to move on. And if that meant forgetting him, then so be it. "If you could give this to her, it would be much appreciated." He said to her, handing her a yellow scarf. The only item he really had on him. He then walked away, resting his hands behind his neck as he began to whistle as he walked down the street.
His next encounter with Meme would be an unforgettable one. She had been unable to forget about her and had runaway a few days after Gabe had given her mother the scarf. Meme's mother had called the orphanage asking if Meme had been there. They said they hadn't seen her. Gabe instantly became worried and began to look around town. It was getting dark and Meme's parents had soon called the police. Gabe browsed the streets in search of Meme. He soon remembered their hangout place as orphans and decided to check there. It had began to rain as he headed there. He called Meme's parents and asked if there was any sign of her. They said no and he began to get even more worried. He ran there, not caring if he got wet. Upon reaching the clubhouse, he entered and saw Meme huddled up in the corner holding his yellow scarf. He went and picked her up. "Meme..lets get you home." he said to her. She wrapped her arms around him and said, "Big brother Gabe!" He smiled and carried her home. Protecting her from the rain. She had always had trouble adjusting that was one reason why she had never really been adopted to a permanent family but it had seemed she had finally found one. But one problem was that she had a "big brother". They made it safely home where Meme's parents and the police were waiting. Meme's parents were overwhelmed with relief.
Gabe saw that Meme had dropped his scarf and picked up. It seemed she had missed her parents and had forgotten about Gabe for a moment. After that day he continued to hang out with Meme, and one plus was that they went to school's nearby and he walked her home every day. They continued to think of each other as brother and sister even though they were not biological siblings.
One afternoon, three years ago, a darkness settled over the island. Stirring the waters as what seemed to be a huge storm decided to show itself. Gabe had walked Meme home a little before the storm got too bad. But, as there were warnings on the radio he began to worry. Even though they were older and maturer, Meme still had problems with storms, mostly lighting and thunder storms. He called her but she didn't answer. He looked out his window in a small room at the orphanage. It was much too dangerous to go outside, but he wanted to check up on Meme. He continued to call, still no answer. He called her house phone, no answer. No one would be out in this storm. It was late but not late that everyone would be asleep, especially Meme who was almost always terrified by storms. He called her cell again and left a voicemail. He finally decided to go over there, even in this storm. He treded through the storm wearing a heavy raincoat, but he still managed to get soaked. He made it to her house and knocked on the door but a she did it slid open by itself. He looked inside and called to anyone who may be inside. They would have locked their doors, and even so it wouldn't have been slightly open if the storm blew it open. He called again as he went inside, hanging up his coat. He walked around. There were no lights on but as he went up the stairs he saw Meme's light on in her room. It donned into the hallway and he made his way closer. "Hello?" he called again and again. No answer. He made it to her room and no one was inside. On Meme's bed there was his yellow scarf. He walked in and picked it up. Where was Meme? He looked around the house, even went to her parents room but no one was home which was odd.
He raced out of the house, but wasn't sure where to look. He checked his phone and there was a message. "I'm at the clubhouse." was all it said and it was from Meme. Why would she go there? It was near the water and surely it would be the first thing hit by the storm. The sky seemed very dark and even the moon was hidden. He ran to the clubhouse and found it practically destroyed. The wind had picked up as well and as he made it there, it was very hard to walk. He was practically walking against the wind now, the rain pounding against his face. He called Meme's name and then saw her near the edge of the cliff that the clubhouse was on. "Meme!" He called. She was looking out at the water, though darkness was all that could be seen. He went to her and saw the cliff falling apart. He reached for her and managed to grab her hand. He tried to pull her up but the wind and the rain combined was too much. Her hand was slipping from his. "H-hold on," He said to her. He tried to keep hold of her but she slipped out of his grasp. Just as their hands slipped out of each others they were both raised into the air. He began twirling in the sky, as if he were in a tornado. He had lost sight of Meme and then blacked out.
He awoke to water rushing around his body. He sat up as he regained consciousness, his clothes were wet and grasped in his hand was his yellow scarf he had let Meme keep. He then began to recall what had happened. He looked around. He was on a peaceful beach, and as he walked around he saw a huge clock tower. There was a sunset as well, very beautiful one at that. This was not his island. Where was he? He then began to blame himself for not holding onto Meme's hand, or finding her earlier. He found out he was in a place called Twilight Town and there were things happening to worlds all around him. To his knowledge, Meme was gone. As soon as he knew about how to travel to other worlds he began to look for his world and eventually he found his home world, Destiny Islands. But, Meme was not there. There was no remnants of her. Or that she had ever been there. The orphanage didn't even remember him. No one did.
If he had held onto Meme's hand, would any of this have happened? What if he held on, would she be with him right now? Would he have found her next to him when he awoke on the beach in Twilight Town? It was beyond him. But, he blamed himself never the less. Should he even search for her? Or was she gone forever?
It all comes down to this: make your choice.
You are presented with three weapons: a sword, a staff, and a shield. The sword represents the power of the warrior; invincible courage comes with this weapon as well as horrible destruction. The staff represents the power of the mystic; inner strength comes with this weapon as well as wonder and ruin. The shield represents the power of the guardian; kindness to aid friends comes with this weapon as well as a shield that will repel all.
Which one will you choose?
Chosen Weapon: Shield.
Guard Placing your weapon or shield in a defensive position, you block the efforts of a Weak ability and nullify it. This symbolizes the defensive properties of the Shield, and is broken by Guard Break.
Range: Melee Speed: N/A Cooldown: 2 posts Uses: 2 Strength: Weak

So... Overall I suppose this is okay... But there are still a few problems that need to be fixed though.
To start with, you forgot to include a Weakness for Gabe. As it says, this is mandatory.
As for the first ability, well I think it needs a little clarification. So you say the range is 25 feet, but I mean-- how big is this symbol (/symbols?). Do multiple small symbols appear under each enemy within the 25 foot radius, or is it one big symbol? Also, I don't really think a 45 seconds to cast it is really necessary... Though I guess you could do that if you want. @_@
As for the second ability... Well "any element" is a little over-the-top. There are LOTS of elements. I want specific elements here. Perhaps you should just stick with ice and electricity, since those are the two you mentioned specifically. And, if you want, you could throw a third and possibly fourth element in there as well. But not like 10 elements. xD
