She reconnected with her old friend, now the Nobody known as Zexion, and the events that followed left her heart further damaged by darkness. Although she is not fully a creature of darkness, she lives in the shadows and as a result she is now able to summon Corridors of Darkness. This is a good thing considering the gummi ship she hates so much is no longer available to her. Zexion gave her an Organization robe to protect her from the damage that comes with using the corridors.
Zexion finally allowed Emi to return home to Radiant Garden and followed her there in order to instruct her in the use of the Corridors of Darkness.

Because Emi now walks in shadows, she is able to call up Corridors of Darkness to travel from place to place. She owns a black cloak to protect her from any further damage. Because Emi has had no proper training, she can't fully use this ability yet. She can only use Corridors of Darkness to travel within the world she is currently in and she can't go very far. Using these corridors weakens Emi so there is a large cooldown period.
Range: The farthest Emi can travel in a corridor is one mile (or the equivalent) from her current position.
Speed: Instantaneous
Cooldown: Five posts
Uses: Passive
Strength: Weak
