So tell me a little bit about yourself.

Physical Aspects: Along with standing at an intimidating height of six feet and four inches, Exodus retains a well toned figure underneath his armor. The armor itself is a darkened plating that is adorned with many depictions of skulls and various runes of the undead. His helm has several prongs at it’s top, and hides his darkened face well, save for two eyes glowing with bright energy. Overall this attire adds more bulk to his already imposing form, and is complete with a nice big scary cape. It is also dark in color, most likely a deep charcoal or slate grey, and is attached to the armor in two spots connected to the pauldrons near the neckline.

• Façade: Exodus comes across as a very sinister individual, true to his nature of being an embodiment of darkness. Though he is nothing short of dark, Exodus possesses an undeniable charisma that is ever present when speaking. His tone is commanding, grabbing the attention of everyone in the area, for there is no way to deny a being of such power. His confidence never waivers, as Exodus knows that darkness will always exist in hearts of men, and through that so will he.
  
  Fearless: His confidence branches into arrogance at times, though the attitude is not usually misplaced in the Dark Lord. He fears no one, as Exodus is supremely confident that darkness will always exist. He overlooks those deemed unworthy, preferring to avoid the company of pathetic and insignificant beings.
  
  Hostile: He kills in an indiscriminative manner, making him geocidal and prone to killing worlds themselves as well as their population. However, he is never hesitant to end singular lives should they deem themselves righteous enough to step into his path.
  
  
• Inner Mind:
  Cognitive: He's very intelligent and is always thinking about his duty at hand, so it goes to show that he doesn't screw around often. He is a very assertive and calculative individual, as he takes into account all elements within a situation to better formulate his strategies to turn odds in his favor.
  
  Manipulative: He is nothing more than a cold and ruthless manipulator, playing with the people as if they were just pieces in a board game. Every word he speaks, every move he makes is calculated to the finest degree, all part of a plan that points to a devastating goal.
  
  Ambitious: To no end he pursues Power. He wants power in all forms, enough that defeat will never fall on him again. Power. Not the stuff that can sack a city but the kind that shakes the heavens and humbles gods. The kind where defeat is known only as something that happens to other people, and he will stop at nothing to obtain it.

Weapon(s): Scourge - A long, ornate blade of unknown origin covered in runes and a rather gothic design. It's durability is great, as well as it's hidden power that remains for the most part untapped. When performing various techniques, it glows in a variety of colors depending on the used ability in question.

ABILITIES SECTION:

[Dark King's Flash]
[Exodus' great power and skill with the blade allows him to perform a dangerous attack; one that moves as quickly as its name would imply. The Dark King and his weapon glows blue and dashes forward with such speed that it appears as if he’s teleporting, though that’s not all. In that small time Exodus assaults the opponent in front of him with a countless number of strikes in less than a second, and the only way to remain unharmed is to block every strike, or completely avoid the attack.]

Range: Exodus seemingly teleports behind the opponent, and leaves up to ten very quick slashes for the opponent to deal with at their front. Each slash would be estimated to be at least three feet in length per attack. The maximum range Exodus can be from the opponent to perform this attack is twenty five feet as of now.
Speed: The speed of Exodus is near instantaneous as he appears to teleport while performing this, the slashes themselves are very fast however can be blocked if timed right or avoided all together by getting out of range.

What’s your story?

The most notable history of Exodus begins after his enlistment into the Altairian militia back when he still went by the name of Jesper. It was around the age of seventeen. The Vanguards were among the elite of the soldiers in Altair. They were trained from the spark of their teenage years in harsh conditions, and only until they were around the age of twenty-three were they enlisted into the ranks of the military from the training programs. They were the elites, and were praised for their unrivaled strength and tactics. There was a group of five Vanguards, who stood above the rest and came to call themselves the SS. It stood for Sanctum Security, as they were the private guards to the royal family. Jesper was one of these five, and gained vast amounts of popularity by being among this elite squadron. They personally served the Royal Family, most notably the youngest daughter Ayane, who seemed to take a peculiar interest in Jesper.

Over the course of 3 years, they became close friends, and eventually fell in love. However, Jesper’s duty would always become an interference of their love because he was still a member of the Vanguards. He would be shipped all over the world on assignments, and was forced to leave Ayane waiting there in wonder as to whether he had lived or died. To solve this matter, Jesper made Ayane his fiancé in hopes to reassure her that they would always be together. A week before the two were to be wed, Ellesmera, Ayane’s older sister, gave the Vanguards an order, which they obediently followed. They were captured by the enemy forces, which were allies of the older princess, and executed. Among the twenty five executed Vanguards were Hollister, Jesper, Kilos, and Fergus. The enemy forces were vast, commanded colossal legions of heartless, and wielded the elements as their own personal weapons. They unleashed their fury upon the kingdom of Altair, taking many hearts with them as they did so.

After his death, Jesper like all souls became part of the Underworld. He was now transparent and had a nauseating hue of green about him. He never did like the color green, and it should be noted he still does not to this day. Three years went by, and Jesper became hopeless of him ever escaping the damnation that was death. While he spent his time as a soul in the Underworld, he did meet several interesting individuals who found themselves in a similar situation. Jesper did not see Ayane again, not until she willingly bargained her soul away so that she could see him once more. As they met as souls in the Underworld, they shared a reunion that was not all either had hoped it to be. Jesper did not want to be with Ayane if it had to be under these conditions, and slowly she came to realize it was not what she wanted either. To his surprise, Jesper found that the remnants of his soul had slowly been piecing his body back together, to which he could be restored by Ayane’s Inner Spirit’s Gift. This ability, Ayane could draw energy from her inner spirit that dwells in her soul. She could revive one person who had fallen in battle to their former self. It was Jesper’s intention to have Ayane do this for him, as it would indeed help him restore life unto his body so he may live again. When they met again, in a tournament in the Underdome (due to the fact that Jesper was indeed dead), Jesper killed Ayane’s current love interest known as Keiran who took then took the place of the former Vanguard in the Underworld. This, as part of the deal struck, gave Jesper a second life and freed Ayane’s soul, returning it to her body.

Their reunion was short lived. Ayane became silent, then cold as she began to leave with Jesper. She then fell unconscious, Jesper just barely managing to catch her. No matter what he tried she wouldn’t wake up, and it tore him apart inside. Something Jesper did not see on the contract was in fine print at the bottom of the contract so small he couldn’t have caught glimpse of it with naked eye. It clearly stated that whoever was to win the tournament would be granted life, but lose something dear to them all the same. Jesper left the Underworld to the Coliseum above while carrying Ayane the whole way, in hopes to find something that could redeem him. Still, he found nothing of the sort. He became introverted, and cold. His heart opened to darkness, and from within it was born a terrifying force of power upon the worlds. Powers he had before became amplified and mutated into abilities far more formidable.

As a testament to his failure for being able to save the love of his life, Jesper took to his emotions of anger and hatred for the source of fueling his powers. As he made way to Twilight Town by means of hitchhiking and hijacking, he found himself taken into the Corridors of Darkness by heartless. Due to his heart being filled with so much cruelty and despair, they obeyed him as he kept them away from himself so he could further hone his powers. During this time in the darkness, Ayane’s body was kept safe in a secure location. Soon he developed the ability to escape the corridors into an abandoned laboratory. Screens on the nearest computer station were smashed, and the rest of the place looked to have been long abandoned for at least a year. Here he used scrap and unused mechanics to fashion himself a weapon, his previous being used as a display plaque upon Ayane’s stasis cell. Here inside the laboratory, inside a stasis cell filled with purified water, Ayane was placed to keep her vitals functioning despite her unexplained coma.

With mastered powers and a new weapon, Jesper found he needed a new identity as well. It would help him forget his mistakes, but preserve his memories to himself. He donned a much darker attire, a sinister mask, and a goal to destroy all who would get in his way of saving his beloved Ayane. Eventually these new dark powers led to a conflict within the heart, and over time produced a dark alter ego within the man that soon began to corrupt the heart within. As he continued to journey through many uncharted worlds in his search for greater power, the darker alter ego known simply back then as “X” began to display tremendous strength to it’s creator, allowing Jesper to tap into vast amounts of dark abilities for his own use. However it began to prove too much for the Altairian to control, and at times found his body under the command of “X” itself as he watched helplessly as the entity began to control him from within. Many worlds were razed and set to darkness as the young man attempted to control his inner demon, and eventually he was brought back to the lab that contained his comatose love by the evil.

Despite how strong his ambition was to stop “X”, he was unable to stop the evil from annihilating what remained of Ayane as she was lost to darkness forever. The resulting shock sent his heart into a dive, in which the two separate beings within the body of Jesper did battle. Yet the Light within his heart was no match for the darkness that had taken over, and as a result it and what was known as Jesper were utterly destroyed, allowing “X” to take full control. This in turn created a stronger sentience within the entity as it began to start calling itself Exodus, a Lord of the Dark. In the days of his “resurrection”, he traveled to a world by the name of Thornos, and there he began to prey on the unfortunate as he wrought destruction in the eastern parts of the world. Growing stronger with each passing day, Exodus also found he grew stronger when he released darkness in the hearts of his victims. Rumors spread into the world of a greater darkness, darkness so pure that it controlled all the amassed hearts in the existence of beings. Exodus desired the power of this grand scale darkness, this Kingdom Hearts, so he left Thornos to search for clues to its whereabouts.

I have to say that I really enjoyed reading this; it's a very well written profile, particularly the history.

The only thing that needs minor tweaking is the ability, which just needs a more clarified range. What is the maximum distance he can use this ability from? (Meaning, if he's thirty feet from his opponent, can he use it still?). Other than that, your profile looks wonderful and ready to go!
