Cannon Crew Auditions

[Yuffie]

Auditions for Hades, Yen Sid, and Jack Skellington. I know Aerith did one for Hades already, but I thought I'd put it up here and if I need to write up a different one, I'll write up a different one.

So first off Hades.

Audition:

"ARGH!! I can't believe this!! the Lord of the Underworld yelled, enraged at the news Pain and Panic brought him. He had literally turned red with anger, the two minions having told him that that Mr. Oh-so-Perfect had defeated his menacing Hydra yet again. Why did he have to be surrounded by such incompetence? It made him boil to think that there was nothing he could throw that would take out Blunderboy.

Breathing heavy from yelling so loud, he started calming down turning back to the blue appearance he normally held. He slicked back his hair as he cooled back down from red to blue. "Okay, okay, okay. Let me think about this from a different angle." he said aloud, ignoring the two minions cowering in the corner. "This is just a setback. A fluke. Even though the Hydra had become stronger, it was something Pretty Boy was expecting....I need something unexpected. Something like, like...." He then had a sudden evil grin on his face, but it quickly subsided. "No, no, no too obvious...." He walked around, thinking hard and then out of the corner he spotted the little figurine. Off course....why didn't he think of it sooner? He went over and picked it up, grinning to himself. "Yes....this one will do just nicely..." he said now fully calm. "Pain! Panic!" he yelled out, the two demons immediately coming out of the corner they were hiding in. Hades then threw the figurine at one of them, and watched as they struggled to catch it. "Get him ready to be released," The two seemed to hesitate, and Hades quickly made sure they got moving. "Did I stutter?! GO!" he yelled at them turning back to red.

The two quickly went on their way as Hades calmed back down again. It was then he heard a familiar laugh. "It seems you are just as busy as ever..." a voice suddenly said from behind. Hades was surprised, though maybe not that surprised. "Well hello there if it isn't the Mistress of Evil herself," he said slyly. He wondered what she was up too since he had last seen her. "I heard rumors that you had died....but hey, Lord of the Dead here. If I don't know you're dead, then you aren't dead." He gestured his arms to the room they were, and then crossed his arms. "So...what brings you to my lovely abode?" He gestured to a chair. "Go on, take a seat. Or is this a short visit?" Maleficent shook her head. "I just have a small request to ask of you..." Hades grinned, definitely interested.

"Ah a business request is it? Well, then I'm all ears..."

And Now Yen Sid

"Hmm....." That was all the blue-garbed wizard could say at the moment. Though he sensed that the dark forces were waning, that did not mean their troubles were over. Old enemies that had once been defeated, were coming back. The witch who commanded the heartless had found new enemies to ally with, much more powerful than the usual company she kept. The Nobodies as well, somehow back from the brink of their non-existence. And there was a new enemy, one who commanded the powers of darkness much more strongly than any other presence before, possibly even more than Xehanort though he could not determine that. Speaking of, he was also a concern as well, unknown to the warriors of light. The wizard did not sense his presence yet, but it was an inevitability that he would be back.

He stared out the window of his tower, looking at the sky. Many stars illuminated it. However, they were all still in great peril. Who knew how long they had? He remembered the talk he had with his apprentice a while back about the state of thing. He too, was troubled. After all....balance was needed in the worlds. Was the return of so many dark presences the darkness's way of trying to bring balance? So many questions and yet too little answers. And yet....all was not lost. The light still had powerful warriors of its own. And the wizard even sensed more potential wielders just waiting to be discovered. However, he was also not sure if that was a good thing.

What he knew for certain was that they all needed to do what they could for now, until a way to restore balance could be found. And there was one thing he knew for certain he needed to do. He needed to administer a Mark of Mastery exam for the two who had the potential to be masters. And then who could say? However, he was confident they had what it took to become Masters.

"Sora. Riku. The balance of the worlds depends on you two," he said aloud as he looked to the stars.

And lastly Jack

"Zero! Zero!" Jack called out for his ghostly companion. He walked through a familiar looking wooded area he had been through before. He hadn't in awhile, trying to avoid it actually. However, it was hard as he did become bored with the same routine over and over each year and ideas were hard to come by. This area led to a special place that always was one of amazement and wonder to Jack. "Zero! C'mon boy!" he called out again, but no response. So having no choice, he ventured further into the woods, known as the Hinterlands.

Each tree looked similar to the next, and it was hard to tell were exactly he was. However it was at that point when he heard a familiar bark. Jack ran towards the sound and found Zero floating next to a familiar looking door on a familiar looking tree. "Zero, why did you come out all this way?" he questioned the ghost dog and watched as the dog floated around the tree which had a Christmas tree-shaped door on it. He barked at the door, as Jack looked curiously. He knew where that door went, as his curiosity had gotten the better of him before. However, he wondered why Zero had led him here? "Did you lose something boy?" he asked the floating beast as he stared at the door.

Well, there was only one way to find out. "Okay, we'll take a quick visit and then head back for Halloween Town, okay boy?" he told Zero. The ghost dog happily flipped in the air. Jack reached out and grabbed the doorknob for the door and then stepped through, experiencing that familiar vortex that led to a very special place....Christmas Town.

When he landed in the white stuff that littered Christmas Town, he barely made out what was most likely the reason the dog had wanted to come here. A bone sat there on the ground. Jack picked it up and looked at it curiously. "Now how did this get here?" he asked aloud before Zero floated up and grabbed it in his mouth. Jack then turned his attention on a familiar place. He couldn't contain the bony grin that appeared on his face. "Maybe Sandy Claws wouldn't mind a quick visit...." he said to himself as he rushed off to the workshop.

Ding, ding, ding, we have found our third Canon Crew member ladies and gentlemen!

You seem to have captured all three of these characters pretty well, and the three of them show a very wide diversity of personalities. Good job.

THOUGH MARK OF MASTERY EXAM? Let's not get into that just yet. xD
