Yup, finally got another Strong upgrade for Raen. Should cost 250munny, and replaces Winter's Wail.
[b]Winter's Lament[/b]
Raising his hand, Raen releases a blast of sub-zero air powerful enough to floor anyone unfortunate enough to be caught within its area of effect. Utilizing his new-found control over the darkness, Raen can now use this from a distance, causing the target to feel a very severe chill before the blast occurs. Forsaking the shards of ice, this newest incarnation instead creates a ring of black fire around the blast radius. The flames drain any warmth out of the air near them, and parts of anything that touches them directly will be frozen instantly for one post.
Range: Fifteen foot radius around Raen. The blast is ten feet wide, ten feet high. The ring of black fire is ten feet wide, and two feet high.
Speed: The blast happens one second after the cold is felt. The flames last for two posts after the ability is used.
Cooldown: Three posts
Uses: Three times per battle
Strength: Strong
