Let’s get the basics down first.
Name: Shardd Itherion (Origas) Nicknames: N/A Age: 17 (1) Gender: Male (Male) Race: Human (A personality bound within Shardd, and a manifestation of his repressed darkness) Homeworld: Radiant Garden (Shardd's heart//first surfaced in Wonderland) Alliance: Light (Darkness)
You’re just a puppet aren’t you? Played By: Avarice Entropy Age: 16 Gender: Male Contact: See Nyxar Audition Link: N/A Other: Shardd-only abilities are marked in blue, Origas only are in bold and italicized. And black.
So tell me a little bit about yourself.
Physical Aspects: Shardd stands at a height of six feet, even. He weighs around 173 pounds, give or take a few. He has a slender build; he isn't anywhere near heavily muscled, but he does have enough to get by. He wears black clothing, much to Origas' ire; black pants, black shoes, black shirt, the whole bit. The only bit of color in his attire is a strip of blue cloth tied around his left wrist. His skin is pale, and mostly unblemished, except for a scar from a stab wound on his stomach.
Shardd's hair is black, medium-short, and semi-spiky, but larger clumps of hair stick together rather than larger amounts of smaller spikes. His eyes are blue-green, though that changes when Origas takes control. When Origas is in control, his eyes are a dark red, like pools of blood in a dimly lit room.
Persona: - Façade: Shardd is one who sees the best in people. Any time anyone does an evil act, and that person is someone he has known for a time, Shardd always assumes he can turn them back to the side of good. He fiercely believes that light will always win out over darkness, and he has a bit of an anger issue. By a bit, I mean a lot. When he gets angry, he explodes. (Not literally)
Shardd makes friends easily, and he makes friends with most of those he encounters. Extremely friendly, Shardd is nice to everyone, excepting those who have betrayed him consistently over time. After a while, he loses faith in them, and then they become less than a person to him. Highly protective over his friends, Shardd would give his life to save that of any of his closest companions.
- Inner Mind: Shardd is who he says he is, inside and out. But, deep within him, there is a darkness he doesn't let anyone see. That darkness is named Origas. Origas is quite different from Shardd in a multitude of ways. He finds Shardd to be more than a little annoying, with his talks of light and happiness and all of his many kind actions. Origas is concerned about one thing; their survival. If Shardd starts to kill their shared body off, usually by stupidly charging into battle to protect a friend, against a foe who is much stronger than he, Origas takes control. And he is interested only in self-preservation.
However, if he is in a fight with, say, a pretty--and also insane--girl, Origas will flirt like a madman--or rather, the madman that he is. He'll do this even to the point of being stabbed in the chest. He is quite charming and charismatic, or so he thinks, and so he is told. Origas, unlike Shardd, does not anger easily, and, in fact, is rather forgiving of things that people do to piss him off, mostly because he needs meat shields, so that he doesn't die. He would also kill any Heartless or Nobodies, given the chance. Unless they were good-looking females, the Nobodies that is.
All in all, Origas is Shardd's other, the one who got the other personality traits.

Stand up and fight.
Weapon(s): Memento, his father's dagger; or, rather, short sword. A second blade, renamed Halcyon, that is a longer sword--a longsword, in fact.
ABILITIES SECTION:
Soulfire This ability represents Shardd and Origas' ability to manipulate the energies in their shared heart in the form of colored fire.
Shardd can summon blue fires that appear over one of his fingertips, a fire approximately the size of a candle's flame, whenever he wants. However, the more advanced form of his control over his heart's fire cloaks his blade in the flames. This lasts for two posts, not including the activation post, and the flames deal moderate damage.
Origas, on the other hand, summons his inner flames in another manner. He can create larger illusory flames, that wreath his whole body with blackness. These flames give off no heat and are only for show. His true ability is to create balls of black flames and throw them. These explode on impact, dealing damage to anyone adjacent.
Range: The length of the sword (Maximum distance of 50 feet; explosion diameter is 2 feet) Speed: Instantaneous (The ball of fire moves at a speed of 20 mph) Cooldown: 3 posts (this does not include the finger fire and other visual effects, and this countdown occurs after the fire fades from the sword) (4 posts) Uses: Unlimited Strength: Moderate
Cure Shardd can target one of his allies and heal them of weak damage. When he does so, he points at the target with his hand and a faint blue aura coats both him and whomever is targeted.
Range: The ally must be within 20 feet Speed: Instantaneous Cooldown: 2 posts Uses: 3 per thread Strength: Weak
Shadow Eruption When Origas uses this ability, dark energy gathers from his part of the shared heart. Once it has sufficiently gathered, it erupts forth, as per the name, and causes an explosion around himself. Any within the radius take weak damage from the corrosive darkness.
Range: Burst with a five foot radius centered on Origas Speed: Instantaneous Cooldown: 5 posts Uses: 2 per thread Strength: Weak
Holy Shardd points his index and middle finger into the sky. Then, suddenly, he drops them, pointing at a foe. Motes of light coalesce above them and suddenly become a harsh ray of light that deals Weak holy/light damage. This can only affect a single target, regardless of how many are within the area. If there is more than one in the area, then the damage to whom is determined by his controller (aka me).
Range: 35 feet distance; rays remain within a five foot diameter. Speed: 20 mph (rays' speed) Cooldown: 2 posts Uses: 4 Strength: Weak
Dark Origas looks at a target and curls his hand into a fist as tendrils of darkness rise from the ground and curl over them. These tendrils deal Weak damage, and can only effect a single target, regardless of how many are within the area. If there is more than one in the area, then the damage to whom is determined by his controller (aka me).
Range: 35 feet distance; tendrils remain within a five foot diameter. Speed: 20 mph (tendrils' speed) Cooldown: 2 posts Uses: 4 Strength: Weak
Flare Shardd points his index finger at an opponent. After concentrating a moment, he speaks a single word; this word varies from time to time. Upon speaking this word, an explosion of white energy erupts in the area designated; anyone caught therein takes Weak non-elemental ability damage.
Range: 50 foot distance; diameter of blast sphere is 7 feet. Speed: Instantaneous (upon activation) Cooldown: 4 posts Uses: 3 Strength: Weak
Bio Origas targets an area and encloses his fist, clenching it. He then unclenches his fist in a grandiose fashion. This causes a poison cloud to extend over the area. Anyone caught in the cloud takes Weak ability damage and is Poisoned; each round for three consecutive rounds, they take one-half Weak ability damage, unless they remove the status effect.
Range: 50 feet distance; cloud covers a 6x6x5 foot area. Speed: Instantaneous (upon activation) Cooldown: 3 posts Uses: 3 Strength: Weak
Everybody’s got a weakness or two; what are yours?
Elemental Weakness: Darkness and Water (Light and Water) Other Weaknesses: Shardd is very attached to his friends, and losing them is essentially tantamount to losing his only surviving family members. (Friends? Pfft. Survival of the fittest; if that makes me more fit than them, so be it.)
What’s your story?
Shardd was a happy child for the first few years of his life. However, while he was six, his parents were taken by the Heartless. Unable to face the facts for most of his life, Shardd blurred the events out, repressing all of his sadness and becoming his hopeful, happy self, while Radiant Garden fell to the darkness and he left, stowing away on a gummi ship and staying with various people in Traverse Town.
Of course, the darkness he repressed didn't just go away. Years later, when he was traveling with a group of people, he lost control to the darkness within him; Othershardd, who soon formed himself into Origas, his other persona. Over time, he formed friendships but left, having to find his own way in the worlds. And so, he heads off across the stars, hoping to make permanent friends, and perhaps find his place in things, helping those he meets.
It all comes down to this: make your choice.
You are presented with three weapons: a sword, a staff, and a shield. The sword represents the power of the warrior; invincible courage comes with this weapon as well as horrible destruction. The staff represents the power of the mystic; inner strength comes with this weapon as well as wonder and ruin. The shield represents the power of the guardian; kindness to aid friends comes with this weapon as well as a shield that will repel all.
Which one will you choose?
Chosen Weapon: Sword (Staff)
Offensive Specialty This ability symbolizes the might of the Sword, increasing the strength of all Weak physical offensive abilities by 1.5x damage.
Range: N/A Speed: N/A Cooldown: N/A Uses: Passive Strength: Weak Energy Blast Pointing your hand or weapon at an enemy, a ball of energy of a color of your choice flies in a straight line, headed towards one foe. This ball is about the size of a softball.
Range: 40 feet Speed: 10 mph Cooldown: 5 posts Uses: 2 uses Strength: Weak

Like I said over at the chat, I like the way the character works. And while I wasn't sure at first of the way the abilities are set up, we know and trust you enough to know it won't be abused. The number of abilities at the character's disposal at any time still is the correct one, so you are good to go with this schizophrenic.
