So tell me a little bit about yourself.

Physical Aspects: The most striking aspect of Shirala is her ruby red skin, which literally reflects the light. Her shoulder-length hair and eyes are a liquid golden color. For clothes, she wears loose white shirts and pants. She looks thin and wiry, very lean, and her fingernails are grown outwards into proper claws. She has a kind look on her face almost the whole time, and carries no weapons.



Persona:

• Façade: Shirala is a truly kind soul, more likely to simply leave rather than fight if she's on her own. She is eager to learn about virtually everything, always seeking out more experiences. She cannot stand it if anyone makes fun of her appearance or her race, and idolizes full dragons. She is a full believer in the sanctity of life, believing it is only permissible to kill in self defense. She is fiercely protective if she chooses to be, though.
  
• Inner Mind: Shirala is very lonely in her heart. She has had few friends, though the ones she has had she was very close to, making her extremely protective and somewhat clingy to any friends that she makes. She also has self-esteem issues, believing that she isn't as good as an actual dragon or even any other Dracolyth. Because of this deepset belief that she isn't good enough, she doesn't want to harm others before they prove they're worse than her in moral character. This has resulted in a respect for almost all life.

Dragon's Wings
Shirala gathers her strength in order to summon forth her dragon heritage in the form of large wings with a twelve foot wingspan, with red digits and a golden leathery membrane between them. Once she gets into the air, she can fly relatively fast on her own, or she can bear the weight of up to one person by carrying them in her arms. This lasts for 3 posts in battle and can be used unlimited out of it.

What’s your story?

Shirala was a born wanderer on her homeworld, often going into danger that others had to save her from. She was born to a dragon and a human from one of the villages near the mountains of her world. Eventually, she was sent from the village to live with the dragons, where she was trained in the arts of survival with other Dracolyth, few though they were.

Although she and the other Dracolyth were soon close friends, it quickly became apparent that surviving was not a skill she really had. As her mother pondered how to keep Shirala from death through exploration, Shirala studied her, envious of the beautiful wings and claws of her mother. She soon developed spells unique to her to bring forth such features on herself, and this helped protect her better.

With her newfound wings, Shirala explored all over her world, seeing all there was to see, earning her last name Latheryn: "Path treader". When the wanderlust struck her again, she asked permission to explore other worlds, and they agreed, casting a spell over her for the world's protection: She could not tell anyone or lead anyone to the world, and she even forgot its name, her memories to be unlocked only when she'd returned.

It was an easy condition for her to accept.

I really like this character. Like a lot. What really struck me is how she idolizes full dragons and has self-esteem issues because she doesn't think she can be as good as them. I think that adds a good depth to her. The abilities look fine too.
