Let’s get the basics down first.

So tell me a little bit about yourself.
Physical Aspects: Bahamut is ten feet tall, give or take a half of a foot or so. His wing span is twice this when fully unfurled. He weighs one point five short tons in approximation, or 3000 pounds. His body is covered in blue-black scales; his stomach is covered in lighter, softer scales. His wings are, on the inside, coated with a more flexible, smaller layer of red-black scales. Two tusk-like pieces form off of the Lord of the Sky's sharply pointed, draconic face.
Bahamut is able to walk as a quadruped or a biped as desired at the time, though he is more comfortable walking on all four of his limbs. Claws on the tips of his fingers--as well as in the top center of his wings--help him keep his balance while on a precarious locale.
Persona: - Façade: Bahamut is, if anything can be said of him, honest. Never in his existence has he been deceitful, nor will he be. There is no cause for him to be. Immeasurably wise, and more than slightly cynical--and fearful--of man and his intentions, Bahamut is skeptical of most humans unless they prove themselves without a doubt to be worthy. He fears they would try to use his power for their benefit, as was once done.
Should he discover any human that is pure of heart, he would attempt to keep this person safe, almost to the point of self-destruction. Bahamut has viewed mankind as destructive to all things good for many, many years. To find one who could prove him wrong would be so monumental that he would pledge guardianship of the one; their importance to the redemption of mankind would be all-important.
- Inner Mind: As was said, the Lord of Dragons is honest. In the inner part of his mind, he fears and despises humans; they have shown their predilections to him, and he fears what could happen if his power was in the wrong hands. Though he shows skepticism about humans, that skepticism was brought about from an intense fear of trusting and being betrayed for a second time. Bahamut, over the years, has grown ever wiser; throughout time, he has had only his thoughts to entertain him.
Bahamut worries, constantly, about the future. What it holds, whether mankind will overcome their collective past; even whether he will be discovered, and what would become of him if he was. Would they try to kill him, or would they try to use his power? Would they experiment on him? All of these things and more are worries of his, but the Sky Lord allows them to affect him not. He understands that which most do not; due to this, his worries are of far less import to him than they might be to a lesser being.
Deep within his mind, Bahamut is a complex mass of fears, worries, knowledge, wisdom, and understanding. Although, phrased in that way, he almost sounds human...

ABILITIES SECTION:
Megaflare The culmination of Bahamut's awesome power. A ball of energy is charged in the Lord of the Sky's mouth. After a moment or two of charging, it is ejected from his mouth, destroying most of anything caught within the blast radius of the explosion upon its impact at the target location. Those who survive are quite damaged, having been struck by strong non-elemental energies.
Range: Maximum distance of 75 feet, diameter of the blast is 10 feet. Speed: 60 mph Cooldown: N/A Uses: 1 per thread Strength: Strong
Armor of the Dragon Bahamut's armored body protects him from almost all injuries; in fact, it fully nullifies any ability of Weak strength. Physical attacks are only half as effective against him, as are Moderate abilities. Any stronger than Moderate are seventy-five percent (75%) effective.
His armored skin, however, weighs down his body heavily. He moves at a much slower rate of speed; one half of the normal rate, in fact. This applies only to base speed; abilities remain their normal speed listings.

A Dragon's Guise Bahamut, realizing that his form was, for one, easily recognizable as his own, and, for two, one that struck fear into the hearts of mortals, soon learned to disguise his majestic form in a less awe-inspiring one. This ability enables him to take the form of a small animal, a male child, or a knight.
Range: Personal Speed: Instantaneous Cooldown: 3 posts before another form change Uses: 2 per form per thread (not including changes back to normal) (all small animals are considered one form for the purposes of uses) Strength: Weak
Draconic Flight An ability that Bahamut uses constantly in his true form; the power of winged flight. Soaring above the treetops, Bahamut can carry up to two others on his back, though only one without difficulties. His speed while in flight lowers accordingly.
Range: Personal; can fly up to 50 feet in the air above the ground. Speed: Up to 40 mph normally; with a single passenger, it is 25 mph. With two, it lowers to 10 mph. Cooldown: None Uses: Passive Strength: Weak
Junction This ability is the symbol of the bond created by Bahamut with Aerith, a bond called a junction, and it enables Bahamut to be called upon in times of need. When called upon, he is summoned to her side, and remains there for three of his posts, before leaving at the end of his third post--however, if pulled in for out-of-combat purposes, such as pure roleplay, the limit is not accrued. This can pull him out of any thread he is currently in, and allows for him to enter even closed threads.

What’s your story?
In the beginning, before the World was created, there was a nameless void. Out of this void, the creator spun several powerful beings, made to keep eternal watch over the World. One of these powerful beings was Bahamut. The Lord of the Sky, Lord of All Dragons...he was a mighty being. And he was proud of his job from the beginning, guiding man with his infinite wisdom. Some of them he selected to join him, and follow in his example; these were the Knights of Bahamut, lost to history, to the greed of an individual.
Bahamut went to this individual after the deed was done, and he asked him why he had done it. The man replied that he was ashamed of what he had done, and Bahamut took pity on him, and followers of the greedy man snuck up on the Sky Lord and bound him in iron, with many, many chains and shackles. The dragon cried out in his infinite fury, but the man with his greedy heart just smiled. He told Bahamut that he was glad of the Dragon Lord's naivety. The man was not sorry for what he had done; the Knights deserved their fall in his eyes.
After all, they had trusted him; and that was a mistake that got them killed. He had survived and they had not, therefore he was meant to and they weren't. The monologue of this individual was particularly infuriating to Bahamut, who could do naught but watch and wait until he could break the chains that bound. He was taken to a lower cell in the castle of the man and kept there for a time, before being shown off to all of the man's enemies. "See how I have bound a god? I am greater than they!" the man said, and his enemies talked amongst themselves, agreeing that he must be powerful indeed to bind a god.
But he was lax in his guard one day, and Bahamut broke free. The Sky Lord slammed the man against the wall--it had been years since he had been free to roam the skies that were his birthright, and he was furious. "You will no longer hold power here," the Lord of the Dragons said, and then the man was no more. Or, rather, he no longer existed in the realm of Light. He had been sentenced to eternity in the realm of Darkness.
The Sky Lord returned to the skies, but he saw the cities beneath him, in all of the World, there was corruption, people being mistreated, and someone downtrodden. He looked for his fellows, but soon Bahamut realized they had been bound, in a manner much stronger than even he had been. Their very essence was tied to the lands to which they were bound; unbinding would be difficult, to say the least. Any who had escaped, Bahamut could not find.
And so, he made his way to a corner of the World that became known as Radiant Garden. A secluded grove there served as his home for all of time to come, up to the present day. At times, he goes to the marketplace in a disguise, to see how man is doing, to see if they might, someday, become worthy enough for him to make his return. Yet still, Bahamut does not hold his breath.
It all comes down to this: make your choice.
You are presented with three weapons: a sword, a staff, and a shield. The sword represents the power of the warrior; invincible courage comes with this weapon as well as horrible destruction. The staff represents the power of the mystic; inner strength comes with this weapon as well as wonder and ruin. The shield represents the power of the guardian; kindness to aid friends comes with this weapon as well as a shield that will repel all.

Everything looks good here. I quite like his story--definitely gives him his motivation and personality. I will say, after reading up on his "Armor of the Dragon" ability, I'd say 1/2 speed is just fine for that. If you want to go ahead and change that, just post here when you do and I'll move this posthaste.
