Let’s get the basics down first.
Name: Luxord Nicknames: The Gambler of Fate Age: Mid to late thirties Gender: Male Race: Nobody Homeworld: The World That Never Was Alliance: Shadow
You’re just a puppet aren’t you? Played By: Nothingness Age: 18 Gender: Male. Contact: PM Audition Link: Here Other: N/A
So tell me a little bit about yourself.
Physical Aspects: Luxord stands in at about 5'10", sporting a black Organization cloak with rather baggy sleeves and padded shoulders much like a suit jacket would have. Along with the black cloak, he also wears black boots and gloves. His short, platinum-blonde hair is neatly slicked back with long sideburns, and he has four helix piercings, two on each ear, and an earring in the shape of the Nobody insignia pierced on his left earlobe. His face is somewhat gaunt with the cheeks sunken in slightly, and his chin is rather square. He has a goatee, thin eyebrows, blue eyes, and speaks with a slight British accent.
Persona: - Façade: Always in the mood for a good game, Luxord literally lives up to his title, "The Gambler of Fate." He gambles with whatever he has to gamble with, and makes sure that the games are fair in some way. Of course, he doesn't mind a little trickery in what he does, for as the saying goes, "All is fair in love and war". Outside of his pleasure for games, he speaks with a rather advanced vocabulary, utilizing rhetoric over simple phrases and responses. This makes him come off as a little arrogant, but he just views it as another game to play with someone. Despite his love of games, he's not above congratulating his opponent upon his loss, as well as not minding when someone cheats. All in all, he's quite the gentleman to friend and foe alike.
- Inner Mind: Being unable to actually feel anything doesn't hinder him from "enjoying" the game, but he can truthfully be quite ruthless. When he finds himself on the losing side he becomes much more aggressive and isn't afraid to, quite literally, "stack the deck" in his favor to ensure his victory. In the ranks of the Organization, he finds it quite disappointing that new members like himself aren't informed of what's going on, and feels offended in that sense. Regardless, whether winning or losing, everything is still a game to him--even life is just another roll of the dice.

ABILITIES SECTION:
Jackpot Luxord tosses a large card in front of him, acting as both a shield and a weapon. Two symbols flash on it, and depending which he chooses, the effect changes. One is a stylized “X” which when selected, the explosion stuns Luxord, but also hits the enemy hard. If he chooses the stylized “O” then it explodes after a short delay, blasting the enemy back and leaving Luxord unharmed. It can be destroyed in one Weak Attack.
Range: The card is 7 feet high, 4 feet wide, and can freely move within a 7 foot radius of Luxord. The explosion deals damage in a radius of 5 feet in length, 7 feet in height. Speed: Card appears in less than a second and moves at walking speed. “X” explosion is instant. “O” explosion takes one second. Cooldown: Three posts Uses: Four Strength: Weak
Stick the Dealer Luxord traps the target inside one of his cards, restricting their movement completely. The target remains trapped for up to ten seconds, and one attack will break them out of the card. This attack can only succeed if the target is to his left. If the target is to his right, then Luxord gets stunned for a second.
Range: Twenty foot radius Speed: Instant, card remains present for ten seconds before disappearing Cooldown: Three posts Uses: Three Strength: Weak
Shuffle Calling up five of his cards, he hides himself inside one. The cards fall to the ground, shuffle themselves, and lift themselves up to surround the opponent, each moving at varying speeds. They’re 7-feet tall by 4-feet wide. If the target attacks the wrong card, or tries to run away, Luxord will appear from one and strike the target. If he’s found, he will be knocked out of the card and stunned for a second. All the cards appear face-down to the opponent.
Range: Twenty foot radius, three foot radius around the target. Speed: It takes a second for Luxord to hide himself, and each card moves at a different speed. He attacks instantly after the target fails to find him, or doesn’t attempt to find Luxord after ten seconds. Cooldown: Four posts Uses: Three times per thread Strength: Weak
Everybody’s got a weakness or two; what are yours?

What’s your story?
Luxord is the tenth member to join the aptly named Organization XIII, and fittingly enough, the founder of their Poker League. Before Sora's return, he was usually sent on missions to do reconnaissance, Heartless eradication, or defeating a specific Heartless. Preferring missions where luck and chance are involved, as well as perhaps a game or two, he found Wonderland to be an area fit for him, and was often sent on missions there.
Once Sora returned, he, like other members, was sent to go and run experiments within various worlds--his was Port Royal. However, despite having played a game with Sora in Port Royal and coming out victorious, he was eventually confronted by the Keyblade wielder at Havoc's Divide in The Castle That Never Was. Despite playing his best, as well as using every ace up his sleeve, he was ultimately defeated by and faded into darkness like the rest.
Having been dealt again by Fate's hand, he finds himself at Havoc's Divide, and ready to play yet another game. Reading the cards, he finds that the stakes for this game are much higher than what they were before. Seeing such a large pile on the table, he can't resist but put some of his own chips in. Not one to play a game alone, he decides to find some of the other members who were brought back to play another round. A game is always more enjoyable with more players.
It all comes down to this: make your choice.
You are presented with three weapons: a sword, a staff, and a shield. The sword represents the power of the warrior; invincible courage comes with this weapon as well as horrible destruction. The staff represents the power of the mystic; inner strength comes with this weapon as well as wonder and ruin. The shield represents the power of the guardian; kindness to aid friends comes with this weapon as well as a shield that will repel all.
Which one will you choose?
Chosen Weapon: Using it like a cane, Luxord takes the Staff
Magic Bracer Symbolizing the determination of the Staff, this ability enables the mage using it to ignore up to Weak ability damage in order to continue the use of any of their abilities without hampered aim.
Range: N/A Speed: N/A Cooldown: 3 posts Uses: 2 Strength: Weak
