Some of you knew, anyways. Perhaps even all of you could read the signs.

As is obvious by my last few posts, I am stepping off of the forum. I have honestly had too much stress playing the Champion, especially given some of the drama, and I just don't have the energy to play Lexaeus anymore.

I'm just... burnt out. In general. Life has hit me hard in a few places (holy CRAP my sister got married!), and I'm trying to relax when I come online and Shades just... can't be relaxing for me anymore.

The Champion is gone for good, given the post in Beast's Castle and his last journal entry, and Lexaeus is free for another player to pick up. I've put him in a position where his absence is explained but he's not dead or anything, so another player should be able to grab him without difficulty.

I'm not deleting my account or anything. I think maybe after a long while I can return to the forum... and when that happens, I'll be playing Shirala. But for now this is .

I'm not gonna lie. I really am going to miss you Prythian, very much so. I loved RPing with you a lot as well as talking with you. I still offer my ear if you need/want to talk to someone. I really hope I can I still talk to you anyway.

Well, I can't say I'm entirely surprised. Good luck recovering from burnout. I'm going to miss RPing with the Champion, and not being able to have Ava become bestest friends with the Champion. I'll really, really miss our discussions...however, I'll still probably see you around on Skype, if I ever get on.
